I’m Francesca, and I get it. Life can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate.
I know what it’s like to live completely disconnected from yourself and everyone around you. My teens and early 20’s were spent in deep despair, shame, and denial. I was cut off from myself, my family, and my friends.
My yoga and spiritual practices have taught me that a connection to myself is the key to thriving in a world that is ultimately good. I learned that abundance is real and help is readily available…if you only open yourself up to it and take the first step.

Yoga Therapy, while they have some overlap, are considered different and distinguished fields of study. Yoga Therapists have specialized expertise and training to create daily Yoga routines and lifestyle changes for individuals to overcome many types of obstacles such as emotional trauma, physical injuries, chronic conditions.

Your sessions and your home practice will be tailored to you. Because of my vast background and experience in this field, the tools and practices that come forward in my sessions are varied, unique, and extremely personalized.

The biggest differences between Yoga Therapy and Physical Therapy (PT) is the emphasis on breathing, concentration or "mindfulness," and sequencing. These all play a vital role in healing. Additionally, Yoga Therapy offers a holistic approach to healing. I sometimes work with people who are just getting out of PT, but who aren't comfortable or strong enough physically to transition into their normal routines right away. PT doesn’t typically address the psychological, mental, and emotional aspects of injuries. Yoga Therapists can prevent injury, treat chronic pain, and offer rehab after acute pain. I cannot work with you in acute pain or diagnose.

Yoga Therapy is recognized as its own distinct profession despite having similar skills and training to other allied health and therapeutic and clinical professions.

There is no need to worry if you don’t consider yourself flexible, have never taken a Yoga class, or don’t have familiarity with Yoga. Each session is completely tailored to your physical capacity and ability, personal intentions, and health goals. I’ve been working in this capacity with people for a decade and have worked with a wide range of ability levels and types of people.

Your experience will be personalized through a comprehensive assessment in which we identify what you’re looking for; I’ll create a specific plan based on your goals. Next, I’ll recommend the next steps for you in simple, understandable terms so that you can feel sustained relief. You’ll receive a home Yoga practice adapted to suit your individual needs and based on what you feel you’re able to commit to.
